Essential Design Groups works closely with a wide range of clients from specifiers to contractors and directly with the end customer. Our client list speaks for itself regarding our credentials as an established, reputable and reliable supplier to the construction, commercial and retail sectors.
Established in 2001 by Oliver and Mandy Higgins the company started life as a joinery works but soon moved into the manufacture and supply of doors. This was followed by the addition of a glass division, which began its life to service the need for glazed panels in door products.
Today, Essential Design Group is made up of three distinct but integrated divisions which offer a complete service to the specifier, contractor and client. Crucially, each division works together as a team within the Group to offer one-stop, comprehensive and quality solutions, on time and to budget.

Bespoke Joinery
As the longest established division of Essential Design Group, it has 13 years of experience is creating bespoke joinery solutions for a wide range of clients and applications, from hospitality to corporate and retail applications. Joinery staff are skilled craftsmen with a depth and breadth of experience in bespoke joinery.
Glass
Essential Glass is one of the leading installers of aluminium framing to the fit-out & construction industry within the commercial & residential sector. We specialise in glazed shopfront facades, bi-fold/patio doors, balustrades & balconies, aluminium curtain walling, windows & doors, toughened glass door assemblies, glazed canopies & internal partitions.
